Follow the simple steps below and you can make it yourself!
Ingredients:
1/8 cup white sugar
1 cup raspberries
Directions:
- Combine sugar and raspberries in a small sauce pot on low heat
- Stir to coat, and let mixture heat
- Continue stirring occasionally, berries will release juices and start to melt
- Once you have a pretty liquid mix, remove from heat
- Place your sieve or fine mesh strainer over a bowl
- Pour mixture into sieve and allow to drain
You should be left with tiny chunks and seeds - you can discard this
Chill your Coulis and serve over ice cream, cake or fruit
What would happen if I used a blender, I wonder? This looks delish!
