Visiting the sugar bush was a favourite activity growing up.  I am not a huge fan of maple syrup, but I did love seeing the tree tapped and watching the sap flow.  I have compiled a list of Sugar Bushes in the Ottawa area

Every year I say I am going to take the boys, and every year it doesn't happen.  I might try and head out with them on March break - it would make a great day trip.
